Background
From 2011 to 2014 I completed my IHK apprenticeship in IT Systems Integration at ITM GmbH in Rosenheim - managing Windows Server environments, networks, firewalls, VPN, VoIP, and SQL databases. After completing my B.Sc. in Business Informatics, I returned to ITM as an IT Project Manager (2020–2021), coordinating infrastructure projects and acting as key account manager for enterprise clients.
During the field service years (2014–2015) I worked hands-on at client sites across the Munich area - predominantly law firms and tax offices where uptime, data integrity, and regulatory compliance are non-negotiable. That environment taught me to be precise, to document thoroughly, and to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.
